He _. <br /> also noted that it has to be for an expansion rather than a rehabilitation. <br /> Before an addition to the town -hall- can be discussed, members agreed that they <br /> first need to decide what is going to be done with the building. Carl stated <br /> that he would get information on the Master Plan and Tony will try to get <br /> figures that will indicate-, the financial impact of building additions. Carole <br /> motioned that the discussion of this article be tabled until further information <br /> is available. John Ferriday seconded the motion and all were in favor. The <br /> Town Accountant was present and she agreed to check with the Department of <br /> Revenue to see if the town could use these funds to cap the landfill. <br /> Jim reviewed the Preliminary Budget Recommendation letter with members. <br /> All approved of this letter. At the conclusion of this meeting the <br /> recommendations will be mailed to all department heads. A copy of the <br /> letter is attached. Carl dotioned that the preliminary budget recommendations <br /> as stated on the current spreadsheet fie forwarded to the respective <br /> departments. This motion was seconded by Gallo and all voted in favor. <br /> At 8:25 Carl motioned that the Finance Committee go into an Executive <br /> Session to discuss matters of collective bargaining. This motion was seconded <br /> by Carole and all members agreed. The Finance Committee did not reconvene <br /> in general session. <br /> Board Secretary <br />
