April 29, 1991 <br /> Page 4. <br /> Leisure Services - Carole motioned that $11,000 be restored to this <br /> budget to fund the program director position and Deirdre seconded. <br /> All members voted in favor. <br /> Carl motioned that the Finance Committee agree that the $368,000 in the <br /> FY91 school surplus be reverted to the General Fund and that the $100,000 <br /> reduction made to the FY92 budget be transferred to Stabilization. John <br /> seconded the motion and the vote to recommend this was unanimous. This <br /> agreement is subject to the School Committee agreeing with the proposal. <br /> Kevin agreed to check into the Shellfish Reserve Account - $8,511. <br /> The Warden wanted to know why this money could not be used now. This money <br /> however was not included in the revenue figure and it is not on the warrant. <br /> Carl motioned for reconsideration of the Leisure Services budget. There <br /> was no second to the motion. <br /> Deirdre informed that Committee that the John's Pond Directors had <br /> unanimously agreed to donate $1,000 to the town to cover the fees of the short-term <br /> bonding. Deirdre motioned that the committee support Article 21 <br /> the John's Pond road-taking Article this is done with the understanding that <br /> the association will donate $1,000. Seconded by Carole, the Committee <br /> unanimously agreed. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 8 p.m. The next meeting will be held at <br /> 5 p.m with the Selectmen and the School Committee. <br /> Board Secretary <br />
