This money is for <br /> propagation. <br /> Denise agreed to talk with the Shellfish Officer regarding a <br /> change in regulations for- shellf ishing and eeling and a <br /> change in the penalties . <br /> Members agreed that the money was not available for the <br /> article requesting money for the Fire Engine Rehabilitation <br /> Account . <br /> An article submitted by the Town Clerk would upgrade the <br /> Administrative Clerk from 20 to 35 hours per week. Members <br /> were of the consensus that now was not the time to upgrade . <br /> Jim noted that this position would not increase in hours. till <br /> May of 1992 . <br /> The Town Clerk is also seeking in an article to reclassify <br /> the Administrative Clerk for Elections and Registrations from <br /> Grade 4 Step 5 to Grade 7 Step 2 . Members concurred that <br /> this was not the time to reclassify positions . <br /> N ice <br /> Jim agreed to check with the ire Chief regarding the article <br /> seeking acceptance of the provisions of Chapter 147 , Section <br /> 10F of the Massachusetts General Laws . <br /> .Tim noted that he will talk to Kevin about an article that <br /> should be on the warrant for $1, 000 for an unpaid bill for <br /> Veterans ' services . <br /> Recommendations on the warrant articles will be made on <br /> Monday evening. <br />. Al questioned if there had ever been any amnesty plan put <br /> forward by the town to collect back taxes - A taxpayer would <br /> be given a certain period of time to pay back taxes with out <br /> interest or penalties.
