Mr. <br /> Dunivan thought that a condensed version of the FinCom handbook <br /> would be helpful to the new members. Dan Goggin mentioned that he <br /> would like to review the town by--laws and how they affect the town. <br /> Members then also discussed their goals as a committee for the <br /> summer. The committee felt that its priorities would be to discuss <br /> contract negotiations through June; a cursory look at the fiscal <br /> policy report and revenue enhancement through August. Ed Baker <br /> prepared a list of these priorities, which is attached to the <br /> minutes. Tony Gallo MOTIONED to accept this list as their <br /> priorities, Dan Goggin seconded the motion and members voted 6-0 to <br /> accept as written. <br /> Ms. Greelish asked that each liaison to their department look into <br /> ways the department is receiving revenue presently and any options <br /> which could possibly bring in revenue in the future. Look at fees, <br /> are they effective to the town? Are they a necessity? <br /> Next meeting is on Tuesday, May 26 , 1992. Members will receive <br /> copies of certain union contracts for review and for discussion the <br /> following week. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 9:20 P.M.
