7 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 10, 2000 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Harbormaster Building—Plan Review: (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Blythe to direct the Harbormaster to <br /> advertise to obtain bid quotes for the construction of a <br /> _,Harbormaster Building, and present a minimum of(3) bids <br /> to the Selectmen for review and consideration. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Review and Execution of Contract—Pavement Management Program- <br /> Correspondence was received from the Director of Public Works dated <br /> March 24, 2000 relative to the contract for the Pavement Management <br /> Program. The cost of the work is to be funded through Chapter 90. <br /> The above referenced item was deferred to the next scheduled meeting. <br /> The DPW Director will be requested to discuss the contract and scope of <br /> work with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—John&Debra Netto Livery License Application: <br /> Selectman Marsters opened the Public Hearing on the application of <br /> John and Debra Netto, d/b/a Leslee's Livery, for a Livery License to <br /> operate at 281 South Sandwich Road,Mashpee. <br /> Joyce Mason, Assistant Town Administrator read aloud the Public <br /> Hearing notice as published. The applicant was not in attendance. <br /> 1 <br /> Sergeant Umina of the Mashpee Police Department was present to review <br /> matters relative to Livery Licenses within the Town of Mashpee with the <br /> Board of Selectmen. <br /> The discussion of a moratorium was considered in an effort to set policy <br /> relative to Livery Licenses. <br />
