4 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 24, 2000 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing DCMD, Inc., dlb/a Deer Crossing Market&Deli: <br /> (continued) <br /> Mr. Carboneau indicated that he presently holds a package store license, <br /> and will withdraw the license if the annual all alcohol license is approved <br /> by the Board for his full service restaurant. <br /> The overview of the facility is proposed for a seating total of seventy- <br /> seven. Sixty of which would be in the dining room, and the remaining <br /> seventeen seats at the bar location. The Board of Health has approved the <br /> requested seating capacity. The application has been forwarded to DEP <br /> for written approval. <br /> It was noted that the outside patio is not included in the license application <br /> for the service of alcoholic beverages. <br /> Selectman Marsters opened the Public Hearing to obtain comment. <br /> Marjorie Katsoulis, a resident of Deer Crossing stated that there may be <br /> increased parking if the Board of Appeals approves the request for a used <br /> car license. <br /> It was noted that the Building Inspector has deemed the area adequate for <br /> parking. Mr. Hauck, Inspector of Buildings has no objection t the seating <br /> proposal as outlined. For disclosure, Mr. Carboneau indicated that he has <br /> a total of 310 parking spaces in the upper and lower level of the subject <br /> site location. <br /> Being no further comment, the Board motioned to close the Public <br /> Hearing_ <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent for vote. <br />
