NOTE: Fincomm members agreed to recommend matching up to <br /> $5,000. <br /> Article 19: Not recommended. This Article allows the Board of <br /> Selectmen, when a town way is laid out, relocated or altered, to <br /> enter upon the private way to lay sewers and/or water pipes therein <br /> before possession is taken for the purpose of constructing such <br /> way. <br /> Article 20: Recommended.
