Tracy <br /> Morrissey was present because her home and property is being damaged <br /> because of runoff problems on Scituate Road. Because of poor construction <br /> and development, other streets are also being affected and Ms. Morrissey <br /> is trying to get enough signatures to petition the roads in the <br /> development be fixed. <br /> Diane Rcmmelmeyer, Town Accountant, was also present at the meeting. She <br /> handed out documents to the FinC.cam members for their information and <br /> discussion. Among the documents issued was a 1992 analysis. The analysis <br /> included salary/wage accounts and expense accounts for every departments <br /> ercumbered from the 1992 funds. Also included for discussion was a mono <br /> regarding available free cash as of July 1, 1992; a statenent regarding <br /> outstanding taxes; and a revenue statement (estimated revenue v. actual <br /> revenue through October 31, 1992. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE <br /> members discussed a memo written to the Board of Assessors from Fitt <br /> and their response re: new growth figure. Dan Goggin thought that the <br /> Finaim should write another memo to the Board of Assessors asking that <br /> Dave Bailey clarify his response. Deirdre Greelish stated that she would- -- <br /> write another memo. <br /> Members also discussed the report of the Finance Comaittee Revenue <br /> D penditures recommendations for FY94 and beyond. Members agreed that <br /> they would bring this up at their meeting on November 30, 1992 with the <br /> Board of Selectmen. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:10PM. Minutes submitted by Jean M. Mooney.
