6 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> October 30, 2000 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—Package Store Sunday Openings. <br /> Selectman Leveille opened the Public Hearing to determine whether or not <br /> the Town would allow Sunday openings for all package stores for calendar <br /> year 2000. Mrs. Mason, Assistant Town Administrator read aloud the <br /> Public Hearing notice as published. <br /> The request is for the Sunday before Thanksgiving and thereafter until <br /> New Years day. <br /> Bryan Anderson, Andy's Market was present to request the Board approve <br /> the Package Store Sunday Openings as part of the annual license <br /> agreement to alleviate the scheduling of the annual hearing and time- <br /> consuming application process. <br /> Being no further comment, the Board motioned to close the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters, as the Local Licensing <br /> Authority, grant approval of the Sunday openings of Package Stores <br /> in the Town of Mashpee, (the Sunday before Thanksgiving and <br /> thereafter until New Years Day) as part of the Annual Package Store <br /> License Agreement. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
