9 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 13, 2000 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> A ointment of Part-Time ClerkâPolice Department: <br /> Chief of Police, Maurice Cooper recommended the Board appoint Karol <br /> Grato to the position of Part-Time Clerk. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to appoint Karol Grato to the <br /> position of Part-Time Clerk to the Police Department as <br /> recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Acceptance of Resignation-Leisure Services Advisory Council: <br /> Correspondence was received from Scott Chausse dated October 25, 2000 <br /> requesting the Board approve his resignation due to personal scheduling <br /> difficulties. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to accept the resignation of Scott <br /> Chausse from the Leisure Services Advisory Council with regret. <br /> ,.y <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Request for FMLA Leave: <br /> The Selectmen reviewed the request for Family and Medical Leave from <br /> Louisa Oakley, a Dispatcher of the Police Department. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the request of Louisa <br /> Oakley in accordance with the Family Medical Leave Act as <br /> presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
