Mr. Griffiths <br /> mentioned that the Committee had requested that the engineering <br /> firm have their documents ready for June 1994. Peter DiNizio again <br /> stated that if on December 4th, the town approves the money for <br /> design then he would feel comfortable going to Falmouth and <br /> requesting an extension. And again Mr. Griffiths stated that the <br /> Building Committee agreed on $145 per square foot for the building, <br /> architect and everything else excluding the cost of the site. <br /> Tony Gallo left the meeting at 8:45PM. <br /> Mr. Goggin stated that one site has been assessed at a value at <br /> $900,000 and one site has an assessment of $1,900,000. Mr. DiNizio <br /> explained that the Mashpee Center site has commercial land included <br /> in the assessment value. <br /> Mr. DiNizio explained that on December 4th, there will be one <br /> Article requesting $27.7 million for the school and one Article to <br /> acquire the site plus its cost, which hasn't been agreed upon. Mr. <br /> Griffiths mentioned that he would be more than willing to attend <br /> the next scheduled Finance Committee Meeting. He felt that he <br /> would have more information by that time. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 9:10PM. Minutes were submitted by Jean M. <br /> Mooney, Recording Secretary.
