Denise Sullivan <br /> seconded the Motion and members voted unanimously 5-0. <br /> Mr. Goggin suggested getting documentation of the grants in which <br /> the school department received and how it was spent by account. <br /> LOCAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> Ms. Greelish mentioned that the Finance Committee did not want to <br /> look like they were not in favor of the Comprehensive Plan getting <br /> completed. The Committee agreed to change their recommendation to <br /> yes. The Committee agreed to fund the Article tranferring monies <br /> from within their department, with the presumption that it would <br /> get completed by october. <br /> Ms. Greelish mentioned that she had read about the decrease in <br /> previous years of the DPW's staffing level. She suggested that the <br /> Finance Committee change their vote and recommend his seasonal help <br /> request. The Committee unanimously agreed. <br /> Mr. Goggin mentioned that he would speak to the Town Clerk about <br /> her Article tomorrow. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 10:00PM. The next meeting will be held on <br /> Wednesday, April 20, 1994 at 7:OOPM. Minutes were submitted by <br /> Jean M. Mooney, Recording Secretary. <br /> i <br />
