One section would contain what is required by the <br /> Reform Bill and the other section would contain what is not <br /> required by the Bill. Mr. Goggin mentioned the importance of <br /> beginning to study student projections again. <br /> Ms. Sullivan informed the Committee that she had written to <br /> Selectman Caffyn regarding the issue of the Board Secretary <br /> Account. Ms. Sullivan requested that Ms. Caffyn, Ms Farren and <br /> herself sit down together to discuss the issue. She has not heard <br /> from Ms. Caffyn to date. <br /> Ms. Sullivan also mentioned the Harbormaster issue and how Mr. <br /> Ellis can not work full time hours because the money has already <br /> been expended, due to his full time work in the winter months. Ms. <br /> Sullivan, as liaison, had written a letter to The Enterprise <br /> informing the public of this problem. Ms. Sullivan also mentioned <br /> that the Harbormaster is being paid as a special police officer, as <br /> well as, June Daley, Animal Control officer. <br /> Ms. King asked for the Committee's approval to send a letter to the <br /> Selectman informing them to petition Tom Cahir, State <br /> Representative, regarding the Capital Replacement Account. The <br /> Selectmen need to request that legislation be prepared for the <br /> Account. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 8 :05PM.
