Juan
Bacigalupi seconded the Motion and members voted in approval of the
Minutes as written 5-0.
Zoning
Mr. Goggin asked Mr. Fudala to speak to the Committee about zoning.
Mr. Fudala mentioned that there were not many pieces of land in
• Mashpee unaccounted for. Mr. Goggin asked about the status of
Buff lehead Bay. Mr. Fudala stated that this was still on hold with
the Cape Cod Commission. It is a proposed wildlife refuge at this
point. Mr. Fudala explained that Bufflehead Bay has been tied up
in land court these past years. Mr. Fudala also mentioned that the
zoning is frozen at half an acre.
