Page 3 <br /> worthwhile for the school to move their capital line item out of <br /> the school budget. <br /> The two Committees both agreed to meet again around the first of <br /> the year. The School Committee left the meeting at 8 :05PM. <br /> Other Business <br /> Mr. Goggin asked the recording secretary to respond to a memo from <br /> Marilyn Farren, Personnel Administrator, which requested an <br /> approximation of hours and wages for the Board Secretarial Budget. <br /> The Finance Committee agreed to meet weekly on Tuesday evenings <br /> starting in December. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Juan Bacigalupi MOTIONED to accept the Minutes of November 9th and <br /> November 14th as written. Marcia King seconded the Motion and <br /> members approved the Minutes by a vote of 5-0, Sid Golub <br /> abstaining. <br /> Mr. Golub stated that he would contact Jane LaBute about getting a <br /> list of residences. The Finance Committee intends to send their <br /> Town Report. There is 5,000 registered voters. Mr. Golub thought <br /> that from this list labels could be made up. He also asked Mr. <br /> Bacigalupi if he could find out the difference in costs from <br /> mailing to taxpayers or to registered voters only. Mr. Bacigalupi <br /> stated that he did not believe the Committee could afford to do <br /> mailings for the May Town Meeting from their budget. Mr. Goggin <br /> felt that the mailing should be sent and stated that they would <br /> find some way to cover the costs. <br /> Ms. King mentioned the meeting of the Massachusetts Municipal <br /> Association the next week. She needed to know who was interested <br /> in attending. <br /> Ms. Sullivan mentioned that budgets needed to be submitted by <br /> December 16th and the Finance Committee needed their <br /> recommendations in by January 30th. She asked about scheduling <br /> Department Heads to come in. Supposedly, Mr. Whritenour will be <br /> setting up appointments with Department Heads and the Committee is <br /> invited to attend them. <br /> Mr. Bacigalupi mentioned that the Finance Committee not forget to <br /> submit an Article- placing free cash into Stabilization. <br /> The next scheduled\ m ` ting is on Tuesda)(, November 29, 1994 at <br /> 7:00PM.
