He is expected to report to the Selectmen tomorrow <br /> with respect to this regard. The issue of noise levels was also discussed. <br /> The Selectmen will obtain data from Mr. Fisher relative to soundproofing. <br /> Mr. Whritenour will submit a letter to the AFCEE on behalf of the <br /> Selectmen requesting that Mr. Fisher be retained as recommended. <br /> Mr. Whritenour indicated that the MMR is attempting to keep the <br /> community informed by conducting informal outreach to neighborhood <br /> residents effected by specific construction activities in conjunction with <br /> the overall process. Residents are aware that construction activities will <br /> begin next week. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Correspondence from the Water District re: Groundwater Protection <br /> District May: <br /> Communication was received from the Mashpee Water District dated <br /> March 26, 1999 requesting that an article appear on the October Town <br /> Meeting warrant to incorporate into the Groundwater Protection District <br /> By-law, a Zone II delineation of the Turner Road well site. <br /> A copy of the drawing reflecting the boundaries of the Zone H was <br /> reviewed. The article will be considered for the October Town Meeting <br /> warrant. <br /> Water District Intermunici al A eement for A roval: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to approve the Town of Mashpee <br /> and Mashpee Water District Intermunicipal Agreement for a three <br /> year period commencing; July 1, 1999 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
