Board of Selectmen Minutes June 21, 1999 NEW BUSINESS: Request of the Mashpee Community Concert Committee: (continued) It was noted that the Selectmen recently set policy relative to future charitable events such as the Night at the Pops, to request the event to cover personnel wages and any other out of pocket expenses. Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the annual Mashpee Night at the Pops on Saturday,July 31, 1999 with a rain date of August 1, 1999 at Mashpee Commons,and grant a one-day wine and malt beverage license for the event,and waive any Town fees and all fees for public safety vehicles with the exception of personnel and any out of pocket expenses. Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. Boards&Committee Handbook for Approval: Motion made by Selectman Leveille to accept and approve the Town of Mashpee,Boards and Committees Handbook as presented. Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. To improve communications, Town Boards and Committees will be requested to update the Selectmen on a regular basis. Mr. Whritenour will review a tentative outline with the Board at the next scheduled meeting. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: Public Hearin —Continuance of Finally Dino's: Selectman Marsters re-opened the Public Hearing to continue the hearing on the application of Barnstable Pizza and Pasta Co., Inc., d/b/a Finally Dino's,Constantinos Mitrokostas,Manager, for an increase in seating capacity from 166 to 184 patrons, and expansion of premise to include outside dining with seating for 56 patrons and bar with seating for 8 patrons.
