8 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 21, 1999 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearin —Continuance of Finally Dino's: (continued) <br /> Mr. Mitrokostas was present to discuss the license application with the <br /> Board of Selectman and interested public. It was noted that the applicant <br /> needs to file a separate formal application to the Selectmen for an <br /> Entertainment license. <br /> Correspondence was received from Town Counsel dated June 21, 1999 <br /> with respect to the application for the amendment of the alcoholic license. <br /> In addition,the Assistant Building Inspector,Russ Wheeler was present to <br /> discuss the issue of building frontage, parking and the common space <br /> between the two buildings. <br /> Town Counsel has recommended the Selectmen continue the hearing on <br /> the amendment application until such time as the Building Department <br /> issues a building permit for the patio/deck structure. <br /> Discussion followed with respect to issues related to parking, <br /> entertainment, fencing and septic. <br /> Selectman Leveille indicated that he will abstain and recluse himself from <br /> the issue of discussion. <br /> I <br /> Selectman Marsters opened the hearing to obtain comment. <br /> John Ferguson, an abutter of Dino's voiced support of the expansion <br /> proposal. Another Mashpee resident related concern with respect to using <br /> the outside bar area on family night. In response,Mr. Mitrokostas stated <br /> that he will not serve liquor outside while promoting family night <br /> activities on Monday,Tuesday and Wednesdays. <br /> Being no further comment,the Board motioned to close the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille abstained. <br />
