The application is pending approval from the ABCC. <br /> Notification to Mr. Adam Smith dated July 6, 1999 has indicated that he <br /> will be afforded the opportunity to show cause why the All-Alcohol <br /> Restaurant License of Tacosmith, Inc. d/b/a The Zuni Cafe should not be <br /> modified, suspended,revoked or cancelled at this hearing. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille abstained. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to modify,suspend, revoke and <br /> cancel the All-Alcoholic Restaurant License of Tacosmith,Inc. d/b/a <br /> The Zuni Cafe,38 Nathan Ellis Highway,Mashpee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille abstained. <br /> Discussion followed. It was noted that Town Counsel recommended the <br /> Selectmen cancel the All-Alcoholic Restaurant License of Tacosmith. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Blythe to rescind the above vote of the <br /> Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille abstained. <br />
