4 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> August 25, 1999 <br /> Meeting re-convened: 6:21 p.m. <br /> Selectman Marsters present. <br /> MINUTES: <br /> Monday, Aujiust 9 1999 Regular and Executive Sessions: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the Regular Session <br /> minutes of Monday,August 9, 1999 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the Executive <br /> Session minutes of Monday,August 9, 1999 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous, 5-0. <br /> Wednesday, August 11, 1999_Reg_ular Session_ <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the Regular Session <br /> minutes of Wednesday,August 11, 1999 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> V�?TE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Miriam Joseph, a resident of Pimlico Pond Road urged the Board to take <br /> interest in the rules and regulations being considered by the state for the <br /> lake. While respecting the water skiers, we need to respect the peace and <br /> quiet of the area residents explained Ms. Joseph in concern. <br /> In other matters, Ms. Joseph urged the Selectmen to not impose a tax to <br /> burden summer residents in an effort to address the financial constraints of <br /> the Mashpee school system. <br />
