August 34 1999 Regular Session_ <br /> Motion made by Selectman Blythe to approve the Regular Session <br /> minutes of Monday,August 30, 19"as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Pirates Cove Association representative Edward Sinkiewicz presented <br /> a watershed protection petition to the Selectmen to request that more <br /> aggressive action be initiated to resolve the nutrient pollution problems <br /> which are causing severe degradation to the Mashpee River, <br /> Santuit/Shoestring Bay and Popponesset Bay. In addition,the Selectmen <br /> were requested to proceed with the dredging of the Mashpee River. <br /> `Agenda topic. <br />
