4 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> September 27, 1999 <br /> Cable Television Renewal License: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to place the above topic as <br /> an agenda item of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> The Board reviewed the renewal license to Media One, Inc. authorizing <br /> and permitting the licensee to operate and maintain a Cable Television <br /> System within the corporate limits of the Town of Mashpee. <br /> The term of the Renewal License shall be for a ninety(90)day period only <br /> commencing on October 1, 1999 provided, that the Issuing Authority and <br /> the Licensee cannot agree on the terms of a ten(10)year Renewal License <br /> within said(90)day period,than the Renewal License shall be for a <br /> thirty-one (31)month period, commencing on October 1, 1999. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Blythe to approve and execute the <br /> Cable Television Renewal License with Media One as stipulated. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> 6:46 p.m. Recess Meeting Resumed: 6:50 p.m. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINOS. <br /> Public Hearin —Package Store Sunday .. nin s: <br /> Selectman Marsters opened the Public Hearing to determine whether <br /> or not the Town would allow Sunday openings for all package stores <br /> for calendar year 1999. <br /> Mrs. Mason, Assistant Town Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing <br /> notice as published. <br /> Selectman Blythe stepped down for the above topic of discussion. <br /> Bryan Anderson, owner of Andy's Market was present to request the <br /> Board approve the Sunday openings for liquor sales during this and future <br /> holiday seasons. <br /> 1 <br />
