5 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> October 18, 1999 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Two 2 Ambulance Abatement Requests for Approval: <br /> The Board reviewed the request of Chief Baker to abate (2) <br /> ambulance bills dated September 23, 1999 and September 27, 1999 <br /> respectively for transport services due to hardship. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to approve the Ambulance <br /> Abatement of; <br /> Lynn Moraga 6/16/99 $396.08 <br /> William Pleasants 6/27/99 $317.81 <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Acceptance of Resignation—Voter Registration Warden: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Blythe to accept the resignation of <br /> Donald N. Mills as Voter Registration Warden. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Mr. Whritenour was directed to remit a letter of appreciation to <br /> Mr. Mills for his dedicated service to the Town ofMashpee. <br /> Two(2)Appointments to Zoning Board of Appeals_ <br /> The Zoning Board of Appeals submitted correspondence to the Board in <br /> memorandums dated September 28, 1999 recommending appointment. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to appoint; <br /> Frederick R. Borgeson <br /> Marshall Brem <br /> as Associate Members of the Zoning Board of Appeals as <br /> recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane, <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
