1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 1, 1999 <br /> Present: Selectman Marsters, Selectman Leveille, Selectman Taylor, <br /> Selectman Cahalane, Selectman Blythe <br /> Town Administrator Robert Whritenour <br /> Assistant Town Administrator Joyce Mason <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Marsters at 6:34 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference Room#1. <br /> MINUTES: <br /> Monday, October 18 1999 Re lar Session: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the Regular Session <br /> minutes of Monday,October I8,4999 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Comment: <br /> None at this time. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Pirates Cove Association: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Pirates Cove Association dated <br /> October 29, 1999 expressing appreciation to the Board of Selectmen for <br /> their effort to place articles on the Town Meeting warrant relative to the <br /> engineering and dredging of the Mashpee River that were approved by <br /> voters attending the October 4, 1999 Town Meeting. <br /> Correspondence to Land Bank Committee: <br /> The Board agreed to refer communication as received from the <br /> Executive Office of Environmental Affairs relative to the upcoming <br /> Community Preservation Day to the Land Bank Committee for input and <br /> review. <br />
