Comment
One of the goals of the C.I.P committee has been to look at all capital expenditures in the context
of overall municipal needs and spending. The task of weighing merits of a library versus a fire
station is not an easy one, the Town needs both in order to properly serve its inhabitants; the
Committee faced many such *challenges and arrived at what I consider a responsible
recommendation. Our C.I.P Committee is made up primarily of people who, by virtue of their
position, have a stake in the projects being considered. I am impressed and gratified by the
professional and unbiased manner in which the C.I.P Committee members executed their duties
and wish to thank and congratulate them.
Respectfully submitted:
DI
David A.
