Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 10 <br /> March 16, 1998 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Prono� sed Change to Town Traffic Rule& <br /> Chief Przybylek was present to discuss the Popponesset Beach <br /> Association request concerning parking problems with members of the <br /> Board of Selectmen. <br /> It was noted that Chief Przybylek received a petition in July of 1997 signed <br /> by 57 residents from 56 addresses in the general area of the Popponesset <br /> Beach Association. Fifteen petitioners listed Wading Place Road addresses. <br /> The petitioners requested that the"No Parking" law be strictly enforced. <br /> Chief Przybylek recommended to adopt the request for full posting of <br /> Wading Place Road. The "No Parking" signs for Wading Place Road shall <br /> be in compliance with State requirements, and the road shall be added to the <br /> Traffic Rules of the Town of Mashpee. <br /> I <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to approve the Change to Town <br /> Traffic Rules, and signage for Wading Place Road as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Costa. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 2-0. <br /> Selectman Marsters abstained. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to adjourn at 9:25 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> It is the consensus of the Board to defer Executive Session at this time. <br /> Respectively submitted, <br /> Kathleen M.
