Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 4 <br /> March 23, 1998 <br /> NEW BLISMSS: <br /> Resiest of Quash=t Valley Association: <br /> Selectman Marsters stepped down for discussion. <br /> Correspondence was received from the Quashnet Valley Association <br /> dated March 20,1998 relative to the existing footpath that provides <br /> access to the Library, Christ The King Church and Mashpee Commons. <br /> Presently, the footpath lies on private property. The residents of Quashnet <br /> Valley requested the Selectmen consider relocating the footpath approximately <br /> ten feet onto Town owned property which is presently conservation land located <br /> behind the Fire Station. <br /> Tom Fudala, the Town Planner recommended approval of the pedestrian <br /> footpath as presented.. It is the consensus of the Board to approve the proposal. <br /> Mr. Whritenour was directed to develop a plan to relocate the path with <br /> Mr. Fudala, and Greg Taylor, the Director of Public Works. <br /> Recess: 8:00 p.m. Meeting Re-convened: 8:10 p.m. <br /> AP Q MENT ARIN <br /> Planning r r : Zoning <br /> Planning Board Chairman Patrick Coffey was present to discuss the <br /> following Zoning Articles with members of the Board of Selectmen; <br /> Article #31: Wireless Communications Facilities Moratorium <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to remove the above article from <br /> the May Town Meeting warrant for placement on the October Town <br /> Meeting warrant. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br />
