Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 9 <br /> March 30, 1998 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Approval and Execution of Town Meeting3Vamants: (continued) <br /> Article#30: To establish a Comprehensive Plan Implementation Committee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to amend Article#30 to include <br /> the following(9) members; <br /> Chairman of the Planning Board-or designee <br /> Executive Secretary <br /> Town Planner <br /> (2) Residents Appointed by Board of Selectmen <br /> Board of Health- designee <br /> Director of the Department of Public Works <br /> Board of Selectmen-designee <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals- designee <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Article: Adult Use Zoning <br /> Article: Golf Driving Range Zoning <br /> The above (2)Zoning Articles are approved for placement on the May <br /> Annual Town Meeting warrant. <br /> Article: Groundwater Protection District Zoning <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to remove the last paragraph <br /> of the Groundwater Protection District Zoning Article,and consider <br /> the article for the May Town Meeting warrant. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Caffyn abstained. <br /> i <br /> i <br />
