Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 10 <br /> March 30, 1998 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Annroval and Execution of Town Meeting Warrants: (continued) <br /> Article: Groundwater Protection District Zoning <br /> Article: Wireless Communications Facilities Moratorium <br /> Article: Commercial Center Zoning Amendment <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to rescind the above Zoning <br /> Articles deferred for the October Town Meeting for placement on the <br /> May Annual Town Meeting warrant. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE: 3-1. Motion carries. <br /> Selectman Costa in opposition. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve and execute the <br /> Special May 4, 1998 Town Meeting warrant and May Annual Town <br /> Meeting warrant as amended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Correspondence from TQyffl Coan5rl re: Aug-at: <br /> The Board received communication from Town Counsel dated March 19, 1998 <br /> relative to the recovery of all of the Town"s response costs that have been <br /> incurred at the Augat site. <br /> Town Counsel recommended the Board accept the settlement agreement that <br /> will reimburse costs totaling$25,460.43. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve and execute the settlement <br /> agreement relative to the Augat site as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> I <br />
