Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 11 <br /> March 30, 1998 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> A nro al of Repairs to Pine Road: <br /> Correspondence was received from Greg Taylor dated March 27, 1998 <br /> requesting the Board approve emergency repairs to Pine Road, The road <br /> located off Orchard Road has deep potholes, and retains water for several <br /> days. Residents have agreed to purchase crushed stone if the DPW is able <br /> to assist with the spreading and grading. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve Emergency <br /> Repairs to Pine Road as defined. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Request for Leave of Absence for Special Police Off ear' <br /> William Przybylek requested the Board approve an unpaid leave of <br /> absence from Perry Ellis from his position as Special police Officer for <br /> the period of his campaign for the Office of the Selectmen. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the unpaid <br /> Leave of Absence of Perry Ellis as Special Police Officer. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> AMointment of Harbor Master Building Committge Member <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to appoint Anthony Ferragame <br /> to the Harbor Master Building Committee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
