Being <br /> none, he requested a vote from the Board to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the annual <br /> Mashpee Commons Entertainment License as depicted. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> COMMW ATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Nutrient Management of the PoWo-neset Bay Systf'mr� <br /> Mr. Whritenour indicated that the Town Meeting warrant article relative to <br /> funding a study of nitrogen loading in the Popponesset Bay system is expected <br /> to be reduced by one half, or$75,000. Funding is proposed to be borrowed <br /> from the State Revolving Fund(SRF) loan program which provides zero interest <br /> loans for such studies, is presently not available for the Town of Mashpee's study. <br /> Mr. Whritenour recommended the Board commit to fund the second half of the <br /> study in October. Funds could perhaps derive from short term borrowing or <br /> the stabilization account. <br /> Finance Committee Chairman, Alex Watt suggested the Board consult <br /> Representative Cahir with respect to special legislative bonding authority. <br /> Waterways Commission members Herb Silver and Jim Hanks agreed. It was <br /> noted that testing is expected to proceed this week. <br />
