In addition,the Board <br /> reviewed the comments submitted by the Board of Health relative to <br /> this matter. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to fill the open pits located <br /> in the Fox Hill subdivision with clean material from the landfill in <br /> an expeditious manner. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Approval of Education Reform Legal Fees-RACIF' <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to place the above topic <br /> as an agenda item. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> Vim( TE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the transfer of <br /> $5,000 to the Barnstable County Account for Education Reform <br /> Legal Fees as authorized by Town Meeting. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> yOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> It was noted that the Assembly of Delegates contributes matching funds <br /> in support of legal fees associated with educational reform. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Mashpee 2000 Discussion;_ <br /> Joanne Ferragamo, Mashpee 2000 Committee was present to discuss the <br /> possibility of working in conjunction with the Town to incorporate a memorial <br /> park concept for the Collins Lot parcel next to the Archives as an element in the <br /> community's observance of the coming of a new millennium. <br />
