Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 2 <br /> June 22, 1998 <br /> APPOIN MENUS AND REAMS: <br /> Media One: (continued) <br /> Media One will be sending customers information and items to make the <br /> transition as smooth as possible explained Mr. Guthrie. Notification will be <br /> provided to customers on the community channel. Home demonstrations <br /> are also available to assist and enhance the value of services. <br /> Rates are scheduled to be adjusted in September informed Ms. O'Keeffe. <br /> It was noted that Mashpee prices rank lower than most mid-Cape towns. <br /> Selectman Marsters requested that Media One develop a matrix of the Cape <br /> fee structure to further review comparison figures. <br /> PUBLIC COMMEX <br /> None at this time. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Ambulancea m <br /> George Baker, Fire Chief was present to request the Board abate the outstanding <br /> ambulance receivables for fiscal years, 1993, 1994, 1995, and 1996. Discussion <br /> followed with regards to the outstanding debt owed to the Ambulance Receipts <br /> Reserved for Appropriation Account to be retired. (enclosed) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to abate the outstanding ambulance <br /> receivables for fiscal year; 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996 as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
