Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 6 <br /> July 6, 1998 <br /> CQMfviT hU ATIONS <br /> The Board received correspondence from Media One relative to <br /> cable rate comparisons. <br /> QLD RU5ZT-a& <br /> ct' no Cam t CompactA men ' <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to execute the Intergovernmental <br /> Agreement of the Cape Light Compact. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> It was noted that the agreement was approved at the May 1998 Town Meeting. <br /> Joseph Dellagala was commended for his efforts to develop the agreement on <br /> behalf of the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Outstanding nmml Appointments: <br /> The Board received a list of outstanding annual reappointments from the <br /> Office of the Town Cleric dated June 30, 1998. (enclosed) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to approve the entire list of <br /> annual reappointments as presented, and dated June 30, 1998. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille suggested that all performance appraisals be completed <br /> prior to the annual reappointment process. *Agreed upon. To be moved <br /> to May 30th of each calendar year. <br /> Selectman Caffyn recommended to review priority and performance <br /> objectives of Department Heads at the next scheduled meeting. It was <br /> noted that evaluations are presently being updated. The progress is behind <br /> by approximately one year. <br />
