Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 5 <br /> August 10, 1998 <br /> Town Meeting Warrant Review: (continued) <br /> Article#25: The article seeks to purchase property to expand <br /> Heritage Park, located on Route 130. <br /> It is the consensus of the Board to obtain additional input <br /> from Leisure Services, and obtain an appraised value of <br /> the subject site for additional consideration. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to remove Article#25 <br /> from the Town Meeting Warrant. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Article 427: Acquisition of the Belcher property. Revised language. <br /> Article 429: To require the installation of automatic fire sprinklers in all <br /> new multi-family dwellings with four or more units. <br /> Article#30: To transfer ownership of the Fire&Rescue Department's <br /> "SAFE"trailer to the Barnstable County Fire Prevention <br /> Association. <br /> Article#31: Fire Hydrants, new bylaw. <br /> Article#38: The article revises the definition of"bedroom"contained in the <br /> OSID bylaw to clarify that unfinished basements and unheated <br /> storage areas are not considered bedrooms, and to increase the <br /> minimum size of rooms required before they are considered <br /> bedrooms, in conformance with Title 5 regulations. <br />
