Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 3 <br /> September 14,1998 <br /> jOLD <br /> Annroval of Emergency Repairs to Private Way$_J!QlicyL <br /> Selectman Leveille,Mr. Whritenour, and Greg Taylor developed <br /> policy relative to Criteria and Procedure for the Town to Perform <br /> Emergency Repairs to Private Ways_ Policy No. 01.1 was reviewed <br /> and approved by Town Counsel to form. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve Policy No. 11; <br /> Criteria and Procedure for the Town to Perform Emergency Repairs to <br /> Private Ways as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Approval of Change Order 47 for Town Hall Project- <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve Change Order#7 <br /> for the Town Hall project reflected as a deduct change order in the <br /> amount of-$10,500. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: 3-1. Motion carries. <br /> Selectman Caffyn in opposition. <br /> Annroval to Disband Town Hall Building Committee: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to disband the Town. Hall Building <br /> Committee, and authorize Jim Vaccaro as Chairman to finalize any <br /> contractual agreement details to bring forth project closure. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT: <br /> None at this time. <br />
