Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 4 <br /> September 14,1998 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Appointment €Aasistant Assessor: <br /> Interviews conducted for the position of Assistant Assessor named <br /> David Tately as the top qualified candidate for the position. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to appoint David Tately <br /> to the positron of Assistant Assessor as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Annnint en#of Part-Time Administrative Clerk-Leisure Services: <br /> Three candidates were interviewed for the above position. Antoinette Lambert of <br /> Mashpee was deemed the first preference as a result of extensive work-related <br /> experience. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to appoint Antoinette Lambert to the <br /> position of Part-Time Administrative Clerk to the Leisure Services <br /> Department as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Appointment of Three Board Secretadc& <br /> Marilyn Farren,Personnel Administrator recommended the Board appoint <br /> the following three candidates to the position of Board Secretary to build the <br /> pool due to the unavailability of a few of the alternates, and resignation of <br /> a Board Secretary. <br /> Christina Roberts of Mashpee <br /> Sandra Hicks of Mashpee <br /> Angela Newhall of Otis AFB <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to appoint the above named candidates <br /> to the position of Board Secretary as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
