Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 30, 1998 <br /> Present: Selectman Marsters, Selectman Frye, Selectman Taylor, Selectman Leveille <br /> Executive Secretary, Robert Whritenour <br /> Assistant to the Executive Secretary Joyce Mason <br /> Absent: Selectman Caffyn <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Marsters at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference Room#1. <br /> PUBLIC <br /> None at this time. <br /> hEN1JTES: <br /> Monday.November_16g 1998 Regular Session;. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to approve the Regular Session <br /> minutes of Monday,November 16, 1998 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Acceptance of Fire Apparatual-id- <br /> George Baker,Fire Chief was present to recommend the Board accept the <br /> Fire Department Breathing Apparatus bid to Industrial Protection Services <br /> of Wilmington,Massachusetts. <br /> Only one bid was received in accordance with the enumerated time deadline. <br /> The total amount budgeted for the upgrade is $17,000. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to award the bid for the Mashpee <br /> Fire& Rescue Breathing Apparatus Upgrade to industrial Protection <br /> Services as recommended in the amount of$16,528. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
