Lynch,Jr. <br /> to the Town Open Space Committee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE; 3-1. Motion carries. <br /> Selectman Taylor in opposition. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to appoint George R. Costa to the <br /> Town Open Space Committee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE: 3-1. Motion carries. <br /> Selectman Taylor in opposition. <br /> Letter,of Interest to Serve on the Local Comprehensive Plan <br /> Implemgntation Committee: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to appoint Martine Meijering <br /> to the Local Comprehensive Plan Implementation Committee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND BEARINGS- <br /> Public Hearing-Mashpee Shores Road Conversion <br /> Selectman Marsters opened the Public Hearing on the conversion of <br /> roads located in the Mashpee Shores subdivision from private to public ways. <br /> Joyce Mason,Assistant to the Executive Secretary read aloud the Public Hearing <br /> notice as published. The betterment cost as estimated to include construction, <br /> engineering,and temporary borrowing amounts to $241,070. The sum of$4,229 <br /> has been estimated to be borne by the 57 property owners. . <br /> Selectman Marsters opened the hearing to obtain public comment. <br />
