All shelifishina areas are open seven! days a week, <br /> unless specified otherwise by any other provision or <br /> designation found elsewhere in these regualtions or by a <br /> special designation by the Board of Selectmen and 2. The <br /> use of small spade forks and short handled clarn rakes will <br /> be allowed. <br /> Mr. Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor. Them <br /> .was no public comment. <br /> Mr. Hanson moved to continue the Public Hearing to Monday, <br /> March 5. 1990 at 7 : 45 for clarification from Town Counsel <br /> reaative to the non-criminal citation policy. Mr. Carter <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> 2. FORWARD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION - Alexander Dittami <br /> attended to review the Quashnet Moods Special Permit, <br /> pursuant to the Cape Cod Commission Act and to discuss the <br /> obtaining of an easement, for the purposes of establishing a <br /> monitoring well on Town property for the Quashnet Woods <br /> Subdivision. <br /> The Board informed Mr. Dittami that the request would be <br /> circulated to the departments involved for two weeks and <br /> that Mr . Dittami should meet with the Board again in <br /> approximately one month to discuss what the requirements of <br /> the Town would be relative to the easement. <br /> The Board also stated that they would meet with Mr. Dittami <br /> on April 23, 1990 (after the outcome of the Cape Cod <br /> Commission Act is known) relative to the Quashnet Woods <br /> Special Permit. <br /> 3 . MASHPEE/SANTUIT RIVEW STUDY CONTRACT = Mr. Hanson moved to <br /> authorize the chariman to execute the agreement with K-V <br /> Associates, Inc, to complete the final phase of the <br /> Mashpee/Santuit Rivew Study with recommendations as <br /> recommended by the Planning Board and approved by Town <br /> Counsel . Mrs. Jacobson seconded the motion. All were In <br /> favor. <br />
