BOARD OF 'SELECTMEN MINUTES - REGULAR SESSION MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 1990 PAGE THREE APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS #2 (Cont. ) 1 . All shelifishina areas are open seven! days a week, unless specified otherwise by any other provision or designation found elsewhere in these regualtions or by a special designation by the Board of Selectmen and 2. The use of small spade forks and short handled clarn rakes will be allowed. Mr. Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor. Them .was no public comment. Mr. Hanson moved to continue the Public Hearing to Monday, March 5. 1990 at 7 : 45 for clarification from Town Counsel reaative to the non-criminal citation policy. Mr. Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor. 2. FORWARD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION - Alexander Dittami attended to review the Quashnet Moods Special Permit, pursuant to the Cape Cod Commission Act and to discuss the obtaining of an easement, for the purposes of establishing a monitoring well on Town property for the Quashnet Woods Subdivision. The Board informed Mr. Dittami that the request would be circulated to the departments involved for two weeks and that Mr . Dittami should meet with the Board again in approximately one month to discuss what the requirements of the Town would be relative to the easement. The Board also stated that they would meet with Mr. Dittami on April 23, 1990 (after the outcome of the Cape Cod Commission Act is known) relative to the Quashnet Woods Special Permit. 3 . MASHPEE/SANTUIT RIVEW STUDY CONTRACT = Mr. Hanson moved to authorize the chariman to execute the agreement with K-V Associates, Inc, to complete the final phase of the Mashpee/Santuit Rivew Study with recommendations as recommended by the Planning Board and approved by Town Counsel . Mrs. Jacobson seconded the motion. All were In favor.
