BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES -- REGULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, MARCH 26, 1990 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> #1 (Cont. ) <br /> Mr. Lawrence asked if the Board felt that the postion could <br /> be put together in time for the boating season. Mr. <br /> Gottlieb stated it could. Mr. Lawrence added that he saw <br /> no reason for rushing the postion. Mr. Gottlieb stated <br /> that if the consolidation does not take place in June, an <br /> additional $9,000 will be necessary to fund the <br /> Harbormaster, Shellfish and Herring Warden Departments <br /> through December. <br /> Mr. Carter suggested that September may be .a good time to <br /> have the new person begin. <br /> Mr. Lawrence moved to fund the Shellfish and Harbormaster <br /> from July 1 - December 31 , 1990 as i-s and in October or <br /> 'November, begin the hir.ing process for the new position to <br /> be funded for January 1 , 1991 . There was no second. <br /> Mr. Lawrence rescinded the motion so that he may have <br /> further clarification of the figures . <br /> The Board directed Mr. Harrington to pursue the matter as <br /> It stands and that the article remain on the warrant. <br /> 2 . PERSONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT - THOMAS PUCCI -- The Board <br /> discussed the execution of the Personal Service Agreement <br /> for Thomas Pucci for the period March' 1 , 1990 - June 30, <br /> 1990. Mr. Jones stated that the system is working well <br /> with the efforts of Mr. Pucci . <br /> Mr. Canter moved to execute the Personal Service Agreement <br /> between the Town of Mashpee and Thomas Pucci for the period <br /> March 1 , 1990 through June .30, 1990. Mr. Lawrence seconded <br /> the motion. All were in favor. <br /> 3 , REDISTRICTING PLAN - Mr. Lawrence moved to approve the <br /> Redistricting Plan as submitted by the Town Clerk. Mr. <br /> Cartes seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br />
