BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES - REGULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, APRIL 30 , 1990 <br /> PAGE SIX <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> #2. 2 (Cont. ) <br /> Mr. Hanson explained that the Town would more than likely <br /> be on a sewerage treatment system by the time this reserve <br /> leaching area would be necessary. This would be a savings <br /> of $4, 000 � $8, 000. This area would however, be reserved. <br /> 3 . PUBLIC UTILITIES MEETING - The Board received notice of a <br /> hearing of Commonwealth Electric and Cambridge Electric <br /> Light Company on May 10, 1990 at Barnstable High School . <br /> Mr. Lawrence was dot present. <br /> 4. CONFLICT OF INTEREST PRESENTATION W Mr . Harrington informed <br /> the Board that a presentation would be made by the State <br /> Ethics Commission on May 23, 1990 at 7 : 00 p.m. All Boards <br /> and Department Heads should be invited. Mr. Lawrence was <br /> not present. <br /> S . MMA SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE - Mrs . Jacobson moved to <br /> authorize the Chairman to sign a proxy vote relative to MMA <br /> special meeting concerning a change of by-laws with regard <br /> to insurance liability of directors and officers of the <br /> association. Mr. Hanson seconded the motion. All were in <br /> favor. Mr. Lawrence was not present. <br /> OTHER NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1 . FISCAL POLICY ADVISORY COMMITTEE - Mr . Carter asked what <br /> the status was on the appointment of this Committee. Mr. <br /> Harrington stated that Al Polsi and Wayne Garrett had been <br /> appointed. Mr. Lawrence was not present.' <br />
