BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES - REGULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, MAY 21 , 1990 <br /> i <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1 . TIMESHARE BEACH STICKERS - The Board received a memorandum <br /> from Dean Driscoll relative to the sale of beach stickers <br /> for timeshare facilities in the Town. <br /> Mr. Gottlieb moved that beach stickers, be sold to each <br /> timeshare facility based on the number of units in each <br /> facility and that replacement stickers will not be <br /> provided. Additionally, tax payments must be up-to-date. <br /> Mrs. Jacobson seconded the motion. All were in favor: <br /> Mrs. Jacobson added that the facility will hold a credit <br /> card of the individual using the beach sticker to ensure <br /> the return of the sticker. <br /> 2 . MASHPEE ROD & GUN CLUB -- Mr. Gottlieb moved to approve a <br /> liquor license for the Mashpee Wompanoag Rod & Gun Club <br /> for the following dates: June 3, July 14, August 11 , <br /> September 2 and October 13, 1990. Mr. Hanson seconded the <br /> motion. All were in favor. <br /> I <br /> 3 . SOUTH CAPE RESORT - A public hearing was held on April 17, <br /> 1990 relative to the application of South Cape Resort & <br /> Club to increase their Video Games License to three <br /> machines. At the time of the Public Hearing there were <br /> three Selectmen present, one of which must abstain. <br /> Therefore, the previous vote of the Board was illegal . <br /> Mr. Gottlieb moved to deny the request for the increase of <br /> video machines and that it .remain at two machines. Mrs . <br /> Jacobson seconded the motion. Mr. Carter and Mr. Hanson <br /> abstained. <br />
