Jacobson moved to <br /> execute a contract between the Town and Dames & Moore to <br /> perform a wastewater management study for the Seconsett and <br /> Monomoscoy Islands. Mr. Hanson seconded the motion and Mr. <br /> Carter .was in favor. Mr. Lawrence abstained. <br /> 2.. MASHPEE WOMPANOAG INDIAN TRIBAL COUNCIL - Cherilyn Peters <br /> appeared before the Board relative to. the Tribal Council ' s <br /> request for a special events permit for June 30 - July 2 , <br /> 1990. Ms. Peters stated that all required approvals had <br /> been obtained. Further, Ms. Peters stated that a separate <br /> dumpster would be provided for hot charcoals. <br /> Mrs. Jacobson moved to approve the use of Heritage Park on <br /> June 30, July 1 and July 2, 1990 and that a special events <br /> permit be issued to the Mashpee Wompanoag Indian Tribal <br /> Council for their annual Pow-Wow. Mr. Hanson seconded the <br /> motion. All were in favor. <br /> 3 .' DEPUTY SHELLFISH CONSTABLE - Mrs. Jacobson moved to appoint <br /> Peter Salenius as Deputy Shellfish Constable as recommended <br /> by Paul Somerville. Mr. Lawrence seconded the motion. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> 4. COUNCIL ON AGING -- Mr. Lawrence moved to appoint Evelyn <br /> Buschenfeldt to the Council on Aging effective July 1 , 1990 <br /> as recommended by the Council on Aging. Mr. Hanson <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> 5 . ERNIE VIRGILIO - UTILITIES/PRIVATE ROADS -- Mr. Virgilio <br /> attended to request the DPW be allowed to watch utility <br /> construction in the Town and that the utility companies be <br /> regulated on private roads gust as they are on public <br /> roads. This would require utility companies to furnish Mr. <br /> Virgilio with weekly reports. <br />
