BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES - REGULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, JUNE 11 , 1990 <br /> PRESENT: Selectmen Carter, Jacobson, Gottlieb, Hanson, Lawrence, <br /> Executive Secretary Kevin Harrington, Town Counsel Joseph <br /> Reardon <br /> GUESTS: Kevin Kirrane, Sgt. William Ethier, Ernie Virgilio, Deputy <br /> Chief Cooper, Brian Zeppenfeldt, Phyllis Pastauskas <br /> The meeting convened at 3 :00 p.m. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Mr. Gottlieb moved to accept the Regular Session minutes of May 21 <br /> and June 4, 1990. Mr. Hanson seconded the motion. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> L. GAS STORAGE HEARING - NEW SEABURY MARINA - Mr. Brian <br /> Zeppenfeldt appeared before the Board representing New <br /> Seabury Company, Limited Partnership relative to their <br /> application for underground storage of gasoline located at <br /> New Seabury Marina, Daniel 's Island Road, Mashpee. <br /> The reason for the hearing is that the license was not <br /> Properly recorded in 1962. <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> Mr. Hanson moved to approve the application for underground <br /> storage of gasoline at New Seabury Marina. Mrs. Jacobson <br /> seconded the motion. Mr. Carter- and Mr. Gottlieb were in <br /> favor. Mr. Lawrence abstained and removed himself from the <br /> room. <br /> 2. KEVIN KIRRANE - DOLPHIN BAY - Mr. Kirrane appeared before <br /> the Board to request that the Board vote to exempt the <br /> Dolphin Bay project from provisions of the Cape Cod <br /> Commission Act. The Act provides that it shall not apply <br /> to a development which has, prior to July 1 , 1989, applied <br />
