Clark, Balboni & Gildea, 33 Great Neck Road - Sign ,ARRlication
Mr. Jamie Reagan presented plans for two 4 ' x 5 ' signs, one to be
placed at each entrance. The posts and 6" architectural top are
not included in the dimensions. The proposed colors are white
and black.
The consensus was it seems like a lot of signage. It was
suggested that one sign be placed in the center and that
"Entrance" signs be placed at each driveway. Other suggestions
included adding a border to the sign, noting "Law Office Of" and
the number of the building in gold. It was agreed a color sketch
or photos would be provided showing lighting, height off the
ground, and type of landscaping.
There were no objections to temporarily moving their sign from
the rotary.
2 . Chaudhry's Market, Deer Crossing - Sian Application
Ms. Tammy Cruz displayed a plan showing the same sign presently
there, but with different colors. It was agreed small black
lettering could be utilized. No objections were raised; Ms. Cruz
will fill out an application this week.
i
3 . Southport of _Cape Cod, 570 Falmouth Road - Sign Application
Bob Bradley and Ron Bonvie proposed signage to be used for- less
than 60 days in front of the trailer. The plans showed two signs
and a banner-type sign consisting of white PVC with blue
lettering and blue border.
It was suggested that one sign be used instead of two and that
"Entrance" signs be placed at each driveway. It was agreed the
existing Southport color would be utilized in order to maintain
continuity. Mulch will be thrown down, and lattice work will be
painted.
There were no objections to the use of the banner sign.
