Betsy Studley Sweeney and Mr. Robert Sweeney of Joly <br /> Realty presented detailed plans proposing white clapboards on <br /> the front of the building and cedar shingles around the sides . <br /> Wood tern lantern posts will be installed on either side of <br /> the doorway. Walkway lighting will be at least 8 ft. in <br /> height . An oval, 61 x 4 ' flag pole sign will be surrounded <br /> with low plantings . Accurate measurements of the sign will be <br /> taken to be certain it complies with regulations . <br /> i <br /> Oaks, maples and other shade trees are planned throughout the <br /> project.
