Design Review Committee -2- July 22, 1998 <br /> Planning calls for grass berms, clusters of maples, green ash, <br /> honey locust, lindens, benches, and a gazebo . The site will <br /> be irrigated from an on-site well . <br /> Shellback Way: An entire tree canopy is planned. All signage <br /> will not exceed 10% of the frontage of any building. <br /> A traffic signal is proposed for the intersection of Donna' s <br /> Lane & Rt . 28, allowing significant green time for pedestrian <br /> crossing. Roof materials will be discussed at a later date. <br /> 2 . Media One 47 Industrial Drive <br /> Mary LeBlanc rejoined the meeting. <br /> Messrs . Habee.b and Goy presented a plan for an addition which <br /> will house equipment, control facilities and sanitary/washroom <br /> accommodations . The addition will be attached to the existing <br /> structure . A non-combustible structure and steel roof will be <br /> constructed. <br /> It was agreed the dumpster will be enclosed, the reels will be <br /> stored in back, and the chain link fence will be camouflaged <br /> with trees . Natural vegetation will be maintained. <br /> 3 . Womanfs Body Shopipe, 502 Main Street <br /> I <br /> Mr. Hughes presented plans showing the elevations and colors, <br /> which met with approval . Discussion ensued regarding the <br /> mansard style roof . Ms . LeBlanc suggested an on-site visit . <br /> Mr . Hughes noted the parking lot is staked out . <br /> It was mentioned the project is basically proceeding in the <br /> right direction, however landscaping plans are necessary. <br />
