Design. Review Committee -2- October 14, 1998 <br /> Additional 2%0 -3" caliper trees will be planted throughout the <br /> project; some plantings will be put in around the dumpster. <br /> Juniper will be utilized as a ground cover; the driveway area <br /> will be pruned to 4 ft . high. <br /> Paving will be to the specifications of the Massachusetts <br /> State Highway Department . <br /> A 40 ft . sq. cedar green sign with red and gold carved letters <br /> is planned. Light posts will be approximately 20 ft . high. <br /> The light posts in the rear will be only 6 ft . high in order <br /> to be lower than the 7 ft . fence. No lighting will extend <br /> beyond the perimeter of the property. The height of the <br /> building is estimated to be 24 ft . high. <br /> 3 . Miniature_Golf ,rgUrse - Route 28 <br /> Ms . Mary LeBlanc, representing Talamian Realty, displayed <br /> preliminary plans for the proposed golf course. The project <br /> is still going through some processes with the Cape Cod <br /> Commission. White pines will be maintained and will serve as <br /> a buffer to Rt . 28 . Plans call for a seaside/ocean theme, <br /> with a wooden bridge, a series of paths, a walk through a <br /> wrecked ship, waterfall & reverse waterfall, lagoon, wooden <br /> and concrete paths, a chain link fence, and some lawn grasses . <br /> Twenty-seven parking spaces have been designated to the golf <br /> course.
