A poured concrete wall <br /> for the 61-�' wall was proposed. It was mentioned stucco is <br /> economical and attractive. <br /> 1 . Living Independently Forever, Inc. , 730 Route 28 <br /> Mr. Ferragamo, on behalf of the applicant, said he came before <br /> the committee voluntarily in order to introduce the plans for <br /> the non-profit, educational project to be built near Rt. 28 <br /> and Great Neck Road South. <br /> i <br /> Living Independently, Inc. is an opportunity, following <br /> graduation from the Riverview School in E. Sandwich, for young <br /> adults with learning disorders, not physical disabilities, to <br /> live independently. <br /> The buildings will be similar to those in the area and will <br /> have a minimal impact upon the neighborhood. Plans call for <br /> single family ranch-style homes and townhouses with a minimum <br /> of two-family dwellings . A natural buffer will be maintained <br /> on the Great Neck Road side. <br /> Mr. O' Hara said he would rather see a more esthetic-looking <br /> wood siding utilized rather than vinyl siding. Mr. Ferragamo <br /> agreed to consider wood siding. <br /> 2 . Boys' & Girls' Club of Cape Cod, 99 Nathan Ellis Highway <br /> Detailed plans of a one-story, 9936 sq. ft . building to be <br /> constructed on a town parcel between the Police and Fire <br /> Depts . were presented by Mr. Yarosh. The Boys' & Girls' Club <br /> is part of a national organization, privately funded. The <br /> club will serve youths between the ages of 6-18 years old when <br /> school is not open, roughly 2 : 00-8 : 00 p.m. <br /> i <br />
